LucileCo-Founder & CTO
Co-founded Lucile and launched Thirteen, the agentic back office that general contractors run their business on.
Overview
Lucile started in 2025 as a back office for contractors in the trades. The pitch was simple: hand us the timesheets, the invoices, the change orders, the pile of job-site photos, and get your evenings back. I co-founded it, ran engineering, and built Thirteen, the platform that made the agency work. I left in September 2026.
The role
On a given day I was building the platform. The next day I was on a call with a client walking through their week, rewriting a proposal template, or chasing down why an invoice rendered wrong. The day after that it was hiring, pricing, or the hundred small decisions that are nobody's job until they are yours. I also built marketing sites for a few of our contractors.
What I took from it
Most of what I know about how a small business actually runs a week, I learned here. The engineering is on the Thirteen page; the rest was learning to ship for people whose day happens on a job site, not at a desk.
